How to Pay
We accept all payments via paypal. The Card issuing company always converts pounds/sterling into your currency at the exchange rate at the time of the transaction. These transactions will appear on your card statement. Paypal is an online secure payment system that is extremely secure and reliable.
If you are a customer from our mailing order than we would be grateful if you can enter your account ID/Reference at the checkout. This will mean that your order will be processed more efficiently.
When entering your email address at the checkout, please check to make sure you have given us a valid/ correct email address. This will ensure that you will receive the items instead of orders being delayed.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers on the website can be purchased on the website, postage must be paid and these vouchers can be redeemed via checkout on the website. All you need is the code on the voucher and type it into our checkout on the website and this will take the value of the voucher into account and take off the total cost. Gift vouchers are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase and also can be used at any of the events that Bexibeads will be participating in.
Delivery
As soon as you have placed and paid for your order our mailing team will get to work to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. All orders received before 1pm will be dispatched on the same day, but when ordering larger quantities and during our busy periods, please allow a little longer for your orders. When adding to orders this can cause an inconvenience if the order as been processed by paypal. If needed please contact us straight away and we will do are best to add on to the order. Most of the orders placed are dispatching by Royal Mail 1st Class and the bigger orders over £40 in value or items that are heavier than 1.5kg are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery . Orders that are signed for are usually delivered by the next day depending if the order was paid for by 1pm. Free postage to uk when you spend over £30.
International Delivery

All items going to Europe the postage will be a set price. All items to Europe are sent by airmail. Any of the larger items over 1kg will be sent as signed for. Also the rest of the world we charge a set price and send by airmail and any items over 1kg are send as signed for.
Special Orders
We can not always guarantee that we hold all the stock on all products. Some of these might include some of the bigger packs which we can order as a special order. For special orders it can take up to 3 to 4 weeks depending on the order.
Out of Stock Items
If any of our products are out of stock, you will be charged for them, and then refunded the cost of the items back via paypal.
On Back Order
If some of the bigger items are out of stock when processed, we will put them on back order and we will let you know as soon as they arrive with us. You would be notified by email and dispatched straight away. All back orders are paid in full and will be held on account until the order is completed.

Descriptions of Products
All our products are approximate measurements, which are as accurate as possible. Packed quantities are approximate. Whilst we do our very best to remove any faulty items in our packaging, we can not guarantee the pack being 100% perfect. All beads pictured on our website are as close to the colour as possible. Colours can very from batch to batch and bead colouring can fade over a long period of exposure to sun light or water. When we mention semi-precious chips they are semi-precious stones. Sterling Silver {STS} is real Sterling Silver. Other references to e.g. silver, gold, amethyst is only descriptive of the colour of the items, the products are not made from this material just the colour.
Semi-precious chips are actual semi-precious stones. Other references to e.g. amethyst, gold, silver. Euro nickel directives EN1810, EN1811, EN1272. Most of our metal findings comply with the directives and those that contain more nickel are clearly marked.
