Unsuitable Products
If any of our products do not suit your needs please return items within 14 calendar days of the date of receipt and we will replace the items or send a refund. Please make sure that items that are being refunded or replaced are in their original packaging and in an unused condition. We will not refund unless we have the original receipt as proof. If the item is unsuitable, we will ask you to pay the postage on return, if we are replacing with a new item. This will not affect your statutory rights. Cancelling Orders
It’s your right to cancel orders under the distance selling regulations. If you need to cancel an order please write or email us within 7days of the order, cancellations will not be taken by phone. Under the distance selling regulations we are entitled to deduct the postage costs from your refund.
